I would like to export 8 to 9 markup points that I created in a specific order and use them again for a dataset. Could you please help me with the process of exporting that template?

You simply save that template (as blank). Each time you need to use it, load it into Slicer, rename it (probably to the subject you are landmarking) and then proceed with the landmarking.
