# MatlabBridge assign new gray-level value

Hi,

I am trying to use MatlabBridge to convert 16-bit CT image to 8-bit CT Image. The new gray-level value within ROI have been calculated. However, I am not sure how many member struct inputParams has. Which member can be used to assign new gray-level values?
