Hello,
I am having trouble with the alignment of this heart. I loaded tiff files that came from a micro CT scan and noticed that both the 2D and volume rendered are misaligned and distorted. I’ve tried changing the z spacing and also attempted “hardening the acquisition transform” with no success. Please advise and thank you for your help in advance. Here are some screenshots.

I have now been able align the image somewhat but it’s cut off in two planes. Does this mean that I’m missing data or is there a way to zoom out / center those views so that the anatomy is not cropped?
