How can I correct for motion and eddy currents in slicer?

Any help would be appreciated!

You can try DTIprep: [NITRC: DWI/DTI Quality Control Tool: DTIPrep: Tool/Resource Info](https://www.nitrc.org/projects/dtiprep/)

It takes DWI data in nrrd format as input.
