For a study investigating sodium concentration in knee joints using Na-MRI images, I want to use 3D slicer for my data analysis. We have obtained both H-MRI images(standard) and Na-MRI (different type of MRI) for each study participant. The goal is to match the two different MRI images, so that they are anatomically correspondent to each other. Does anyone know how I’m able to do this?
