# New feature: Support regularization transform hardening in DICOM Scalar plugin

Support for regularization transform hardening in DICOM Scalar plugin has been added in [commit](https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/commit/0ec870e22cb5817c960d49b96c92af8513c5c442)

If selected, the transform is hardened automatically at the loading time of the DICOM.  
The default behavior is still the previous apply regularization transform option.
