I will propose a PR to cover the Linux case in the [related documentation](https://github.com/SlicerDMRI/whitematteranalysis/blob/6d93b6452b32ebedbee29674766abfe752dd1d04/doc/subject-specific-tractography-parcellation.md) as the only difference is the contents of the argument related to the module.
