# Pivot Calibration Algorithm

Hello,

Is there a paper or similar reference that describes the pivot calibration algorithm that is used in the SlicerIGT module?

The algorithm is fairly straightforward. Full specification is the [source code](https://github.com/SlicerIGT/SlicerIGT/blob/master/PivotCalibration/Logic/vtkSlicerPivotCalibrationLogic.cxx), if anything is not clear then let us know.
