Hi! I am fairly new to 3d slicer and am exploring the program for segmentation. I have this MRI dicom file of the knee, and I am trying to create a 3d model of the distal femur and proximal tibia. I have axial, coronal, and sagittal images, but for this, I chose to use the sagittal images. When using this, coronal and axial views are pixelated, creating edges on the 3d model. This is the same for coronal and axial images. I have applied smoothening, but it does not do much. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thank you in advance!
