# problem with volume rendering

Operating system win 7, slicer version4.10.2 r28257  
Hello I have a problem loading dicom files and I cannot render the volume, this is the message it gives me  
Could not load: - as a 21 frames Multi Volume by ImagePositionPatient + Acquisition Time as a Multi Volume in slicer

Try with latest Slicer Preview Release. If you still have problems then follow [these instructions](https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/FAQ/DICOM#I_try_to_import_a_directory_of_DICOM_files.2C_but_nothing_shows_up_in_the_browser).
