### Meeting notes

#### Organizational Planning

- **Announcement Channels**  
Post the initial Project Week call notice in both the [Announcements](https://discourse.slicer.org/c/announcements/7) and the [Community → Project Weeks](https://discourse.slicer.org/c/community/project-week/17) categories on Slicer Discourse to reach a wider audience.

- **Repository Updates**  
Remove the “proposal issue” template from the [NA-MIC/ProjectWeek](https://github.com/NA-MIC/ProjectWeek) GitHub repository.

- **Registration Fees**  
Anticipate a slight increase in registration cost this year to cover non‑vegetarian meal options.

- **Community Support**  
Continue maintaining the Discord server as the real‑time collaboration hub.

- **Preparation Meeting**  
Schedule and announce the prep meeting in the Community → Project Weeks category. This will:
