@ahmed_elshreif Your OpenIGTLink build succeeded as evident by the following:

igtlSocketTest.cxx is currently [commented out](https://github.com/openigtlink/OpenIGTLink/blob/eb71a36a0603db4971771738b4afde63a034c596/Testing/CMakeLists.txt#L59-L61) from the OpenIGTLinkTesting project. Someone had a similar issue and the developer that previously spent a lot of time on the project responded [here](https://github.com/openigtlink/OpenIGTLink/issues/187#issuecomment-398576462). As you have noticed the build instructions are not completely up-to-date, however you have built the project successfully.
