Dear community,

I would like to report a problem related to export nrrd file from segmentation.
When I open the saved nrrd file, all the CT value information are lost (either 1 or 0).
See as figure below

What I use is shown below

Does anyone meet the same problem as me?

Thank you very much in advance for any kinds of discussion and help

Best, Chuan

I also try to add the reference volume, but still the original CT value information are missed

The segmentation only stores labels. If you want to blank out regions of the original CT by segments then you can use the “Mask Volume” effect in Segment Editor.

Thanks Lassoan, that works!
