# Seeking assistance：the download of the ITK dependency cannot be completed

During the use of the RVX extension, several dependency tools need to be downloaded, but the download cannot be completed.

Try installing them manually via the extension manager to see if it is a network/firewall issue on your end.

If they install manually correctly, try the extension again and see if it works.

My current issue is that I’m stuck at this step because I can’t download anything, and the progress is halted here. Can anyone provide an alternative method for downloading?
