# Segmentation have CT dicom file of 238 slices of cubic and there is only 2 density in cu

i have CT dicom file of 238 slices of cubic and there is only 2 density in cubic 1st is Air and 2nd is lattice , so i want to segment lattice and air or convert into volume image can anybody help me please , after i want to check overall concentration of lattice and air.  
i also post ct cubic one slice
