# Segmentation of different region of lattice sphere ct scan

i have CT scan of sphere with 3 different type lattice in this sphere because this sphere is heterogeneous because in this there is 3 different type of lattice thickness , i want to segment these three separately and want to calculate the volume of these different lattice in sphere .  
any one can guide me please
