Actual behavior:

fast marching doesn’t work? when I tick initialize nothing occur also I want to use it in maxillary bone segmentation

Are you really using Slicer 4.1.1? That’s almost a decade old version that is not maintained. Please try with the latest preview (4.13) or the stable version (4.11) of Slicer.
