greetings to everyone  
i am working on segmentation the hippocampus automatically. i tried a few plugins like Raidionics, Slicerneuro but i couldn’t do it. is there a method you can suggest?

I’ve had good luck with [SynthSeg](https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/SynthSeg).
