Hey you guys,

im trying to segment 3D CT mouse data using the phantom developed by [Digimouse\_Download - Biomedical Imaging Group"](https://neuroimage.usc.edu/neuro/Digimouse_Download) . I am having the difficulty to overlap the segmented phantom that i created with the mouse CT dataset in order to do a radiation dosimetry examination exmination. im new to 3D slicer and i require some guidance on how to do this. I would really appreciate some help. Thank you very much!!

It seems that you loaded the segmentation in one Slicer instance and then loaded the CT in another. How do they look if you load them together?
