# Setting b-spline grid size

Hi , I’m new to Slicer and im wondering what defines your b spline grid size ? im using 512x512x260 images. how do you choose what grid size you should use?

It is defined by B-spline grid size parameter. If you hover over the field for a few seconds then you’ll see a detailed explanation. If you still have questions then let us know.
