# ShapeVariationAnalyzer in 3D Slicer

Hi, expert

I’d like to use ‘computation of mean group’ function of ‘ShapeVariationAnalyzer’ in a 3D slicer (version 4.11) for making the template of my data.

But I couldn’t find that extension after completing the installation.

I could see only the ‘population analysis’ like that.  
Can you give me some advice?

I installed the 5.3.0 version in the Windows 10,  
but I met that error.

This CLI tool was turned off in the ShapeVariationAnalyzer extension many years ago on 2017-11-29 in this [commit](https://github.com/DCBIA-OrthoLab/ShapeVariationAnalyzer/commit/ff0340405ca8b164af516029496dc8c4bf6e34cf) by @juanprietob. Selecting a new tool for your operation will likely be required.
