# Shortcut inquiry

is there a shortcut to move slices during full-screen 3D view?

i need to have this view in full screen and move the sagittal or coronal slice. I couldn’t find a shortcut to do that.

You can use Reformat module to move slice views. You can also add keyboard shortcuts for any operations using Python scripting (see [here](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer_guide/script_repository.html#change-slice-offset) and [here](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer_guide/script_repository.html#customize-keyboard-shortcuts)).

Know nothing about programming unfortunately.

However if this shortcut is added it would be great . Will be able to have full screen and having the slice go through your 3D .

I’m in love with this method of visualization. I can see more with it .

Have you tried the “View Contollers” module?

that’s awesome never knew it existed.

still wish for a shortcut, but this is a close one
