# Slicer cervical bone

Dear everyone,

when using the slicer cervical spine after merking a vertebrae and clicking “Run” I dont get the result but the error message:

```
 Extracting to user home 
done! 

```

setup local paths variables…  
STOPPED: error in input or during the segmentation  
‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘GetFileName’

Can anyone help?
