# Slicer starts up with a blank screen then "Slicerapp-real.exe not responding" error

Operating system:Windows 10  
Slicer version: Slicer 4.11.20210226  
Expected behavior:  
Actual behavior:

I am new here, tried to install the latest stable version but as soon I launch the slicer it loads and just before the home screen there is long paused (blank screen) and later a error indicating (not responding)

Please go through _all_ the suggestions described in the [documentation](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/get_help.html#slicer-application-does-not-start) and let us know what solved the issue (or if none of them helped).

Dint help much with current stable version 4.11.20210226 , but 4.10.2 works well.  
I had doubt about my system ability 4.10.2 works while 4.11.20200903 loads but only with plain blank screen, menus not seen but enabled see below
