# Some errors when install the whitematteranalysis

Hi, all  
When I install the whitematteranalysis on Windows 64bit with python 3.7, there are some errors as show in the picture. What should I do?

Hi!!

From the first screenshot, it seems this is related to language. Please make sure there is no special characters in your path or in your installation environment. Also, please try python 3.8 and see if the same issue happens. If you continue seeing this, please create [a new issue from the WMA repo](https://github.com/SlicerDMRI/whitematteranalysis/issues). We will take a closer look and help there.

I used Python3.8 and continue seeing this. I created a new issue yesterday.
