I am trying to create 2 models to 3D print of a diabetic foot with a plantar foot ulcer. I want to print a 3d model of the foot skeleton that can sit in the soft tissue envelope with the ulcer.

I am trying to figure out the best way to subtract the foot bone from plantar foot soft tissue to create both models to 3d print. I am trying to use the logical operators function in segment editor but cannot get both the bone and soft tissue models to come up at the same time.

Any help appreciated.
