[This code](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer_guide/script_repository.html#customize-view-layout) shows how to make a custom layout or you can use [one of these pre-defined codes](https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/blob/0094e9a35bd266cc8b0e677858dabce797c9928f/Libs/MRML/Core/vtkMRMLLayoutNode.h#L78-L127).
