# The dependency "DicomRtImportExport" failed to be loaded - SlicerRT Issue

Mac extensions for 5.4.0 [were broken at first, but then fixed](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/new-extensions-can-not-work-on-slicer-5-4-0-on-macos/31535/26), but they appear to be broken again, as is the web engine used in the extension manager.
