[TotalSegmentator v2](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/totalsegmentator-v2/32470) is available as of the Slicer 5.6.0 release. Please download the latest Slicer stable ([https://download.slicer.org/](https://download.slicer.org/)) and install the Total Segmentator extension to receive support related to Total Segmentator.
