Dear Community,
Starting from a tractography, where i can already see all the brain fibers (Using the DMRI module) I need to segment them in:
 ![telegram-cloud-photo-size-4-5913263363876567194-x](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/slicer/original/3X/a/2/a29213e1fecc78eb540ea8d4259708ebd379c826.jpeg)
In particular, I’d need to first identify the:
Arcuate fascicle
optic radiation
Pyramidal tract
Is there some method to reach such a result?
Thanks in advance
Massimo

hello! I am a Korean college student. Likewise, I would like to use DTI data to do tractography and segment the neural pathways like the picture you posted. Did you solve this problem? So can I ask for your help? please call back…
