# Two online Slicer trainings in March

🆕 A new 3D Slicer course is available: **3D Slicer for developers**!

🧑‍🏫On March 18th 2024, Kitware Europe will offer a developer course to give developers a good understanding of the core concepts and tools of Slicer that are needed to start developing custom solutions and extend Slicer capabilities.

🧑‍🏫Additionally, **for Slicer users** , Kitware Europe will offer a beginner course to learn about 3D Slicer for your medical imaging needs on March 15th 2024.

The objectives are as follows:

1. Loading and Saving data (DICOM, models,…)
2. Mastering the 3DSlicer’s interface
3. Using segmentation and registration algorithms
4. Introduction to Python scripting
