# Ubuntu 20.10 cannot run previously working Slicer version

We’ve seen this error a couple of times.

Do you have anaconda installed? (see [here](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/im-getting-not-a-useful-error-when-i-try-to-start-slicer-jupyter-kernel-how-to-debug/13530/12) and [here](https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/6836) and error reports at many other places)
