# Unable to load wrist, knee or ankle data for autoscoper tutorial 1

Hello! I am unable to load the sample data for tutorial one. I have followed all installation steps and the tutorial. The data appears to be downloaded in the same cache the autoscoper tool pull from, but when I try to use the load data buttons on the autoscoper control tab, the autoscoper window and program shut down. Any help is apricated. Thanks!

Can you add details about your os, machine you’re on (gpu) etc and add screen shots just before crash?

Hi Amy! I’ve tried it on several desktops, but I’m using a dell latitude, on windows 11. The crash is just force-close the Autoscoper window, but I’ll attach the phyton console messages, if that helps!! Thanks so much
