I am unable to visualise 3D of bone. I have chosen CTAA2 and the soft tissue us covering up the bone as shown in right upper panel.
Please advice.

Use CT-Bones preset instead.

You can adjust the Shift slider left and right until you see what you want.

May I have an urgent help?

I loaded the DICOM files and I have changed the setting to CT bone and adjusted the slicer to get the bone visualization. My main focus is on the cervical bone. **However, the soft tissues around the cervical bone is still visible (as shown below). If I pull the slicer too far, part of the bone is lost.**

Please help me. I need a good visualization as I need to do segmentation.

Thank you in advance.

You can open the Advanced settings and adjust the transparency and color ranges. You could use the Segment Editor too and just segment the bone.
