# Using segment statistics outside of 3D Slicer

Does anybody know if its possible to use SegmentStatistics as standalone feature outside of 3DSlicer?  
I’ve used TotalSegmentator e.g. bc it was available as an individual repo and with those segmentations id like to calculate Volumes with SegmentStatistics in bigger numbers without using the 3DSlicer GUI

You might want to use Jypiter notebooks extension for this.
