Hello  
How can Annotation be done in VMTK?  
For the Annotation of Vascular?  
Or Annotation the centerline path?  
Or For liver tissue…

Annotation With the help of locational description and shape features, vessel annotation.  
Is Annotation Automatic ??

How can Annotation be done in VMTK for Annotation the centerline path?
