# VMTK Module - How to calculate the parameters?

The VMTK module returns parameters such as curvature, tortuosity and twist. I would like to know what methods were used to obtain the values ​​from the center line of a vessel or organ, please. I tried to check the code and didn’t identify it.  
Would anyone kindly know this answer?
