# Volume Rendering Module Presets Thumbnails

Hi!

I notice that in the past few versions of 3dSlicer, in the Volume Rendering Module, the Presets thumbnails doesn’t show in the GUI as in the past.

You mean when you hit that dropdown in the preset, you don’t see this?

Hi. Thanks for your answer.  
No. I mean after select a preset, there is no thumbnail in the GUI showing me what preset I’m using, like older versions of 3dSlicer.

Slicer 5.8.1 has a bug where selecting a volume rendering preset doesn’t result in the selection showing in the combobox. This was fixed in a Slicer preview release beginning in March. Please download latest Slicer Preview from [https://download.slicer.org/](https://download.slicer.org/) and let us know how it goes for you.

I’m sorry I didn’t saw that post before.

I can’t use Preview Realises (Nightly Builds) because I use 3dSlicer with students.

But now I know is fixed I will tell them.
