@Mark_1 @muratmaga We have now added a fully automatic cavity segmentation option to “Wrap Solidify” effect. It can extract the largest cavity (you can specify a hole size threshold to prevent leaking into other cavities through small holes) and it also has a manual region initialization option so that you can extract any cavity. It could be added to your excellent endocranium segmentation blog post as an additional option.
