# Voxel-base registration?

I’d like to make superimposition these 3D views but i couldnt do it whatever i tried. Can you help me please?

Did you try the modules listed under Registration, specifically General Registration (BRAINS)

i tried them, i want to make it on voxel-based but i wait in Growing Registration module for a while and nothing happens. I used transform module to make it manuelly but that’s not what i really want actually.

I am not sure what you mean by that. What’s the **Growing Registration** module? Maybe you mean **Grow from the seeds** in segmen editor module?

If your goal is compare segments before and after, you should register your volumes first, and then segment. For registration you need to use the General Registration module.
