Operating system: Windows 7
Slicer version: 4.11.20210226
Expected behavior: Start without problems
Actual behavior: It doesn´t run - “MRMLLogic is missing”

Windows 7 is not supported (see more details [here](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/getting_started.html#system-requirements)), but if you post here your application log (menu: Help / Report a bug) then we can have a look if there is any obvious problem that may be easy to address.

Slicer should work on computers that are bought in the past 5 years and run a current version of Windows/Linux/macOS, but if you cannot get one then you can run Slicer on a virtual machine in the cloud, for example using the free Binder service:

> Click to run this interactive environment. From the Binder Project: Reproducible, sharable, interactive computing environments.
