# Why this Runtime Error (microsoft visual c++ run time library) thappen?

Hi,  
when I want to run a 3Dslicer, I face to this error box .

I would be really appreciated it if somebody could let me know why this error happened and how I can fix it.

What version of Windows? Do you have any extensions installed?

Windows 7 (64-bit)  
Yes, I have installed some of the Extensions.
