Hi everyone,
My name is Mohammed Alahmari,
2005-2011, working as an interventional radiographer at king Fahad hospital of the University of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal, Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
2011-2013, obtained my medical imaging BC degree from Curtin University, Australia.
2014-2016, obtained my MPhil degree from Curtin University, Australia. I did a cross-sectional study comparing the radiation safety awareness and attitudes of the interventional radiology and cardiology lab workers between hospitals in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, and Western Australian hospitals.
July 2016- July 2021, obtaining my Ph.D. at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. I’m doing clinical research related to radiotherapy (GK and PT) and the skull base tumors (vestibular schwannoma and skull base chordoma).
I have been using the 3DSlicer since 2017, doing a 3D tumor volume measurement before and after the RT treatments and now I started a new project concerning the facial nerve imaging with the DTI. I have no experience with coding and consider myself as a beginner user for the 3DSlicer.
Finally, I’m very thankful to the Slicer community and feel happy to learn with them : )
