If it hasn’t been brought up internally already, the Windows factory machine has failed to upload the Preview package the past 6 days.

Thanks for reporting this. I wrote an email to @jcfr about this earlier today and he responded that they fixed the issue (they did some manual testing on the computer and left running something that prevented cleaning of the package folder).
