I am currently using Slicer for interpreting my IVUS data.
How can I creat the stretch image of the vessel based on the IVUS original data (as displayed by the specific IVUS lab - show below), then I can analyse the morphology of the interested segments? It is similar to the centerline extraction model, but for ultrasound-based image, not for CT-based image?
And also, how can I exporting the series of IVUS images as a single video format? Is it possible?
