i was following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJMGe3FMTk0 and wanted to try similar thing but fast marching is not in the slicer i downloaded. i have slicer 4.8.1, 4.10and now downloaded 4.11.0 preview release but can’t find fast marching effect. pl help me to get this. thanks
Fast Marching effect is in SegmentEditorExtraEffects extension. If you install this extension and restart Slicer then the effect will show up in Segment Editor.
