Here is the patch describing 3D Slicer that I plan to contribute to the awesome-health

Before I create the pull request, let me know if you would like to tweak the description.

To follow up on this, 3DSlicer is now referenced from the main awesome website:

Awesome -> Miscellaneous -> Healthcare -> Imaging -> 3D Slicer

Note also that the list has been renamed from health to healthcare
