Hi, I use the Bone thickness tool to analyze Cortical Bone, but curious as to what extensions/ plug-ins I can use to analyze porosity/ deterioration of trabecular bone. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Bone texture extension should give you some of the standard metrics (porosity, tb thickness etc)
