Can 3D Slicer run in external SSD?

I was wondering if it is possible to run 3D Slicer directly from an external SSD? I would appreciate the insights on this. Thank you.

Yes, just copy the application folder. it should run from anywhere (but avoid things like OneDrive or iCloud).
