Can I change the “high” of the plane created by markupstomodle selected close surface… I just went get a plane by three points.
A 2D plane would not show up in slice views. We’ll add a new “closed curve” widget to Slicer core next week, which will not have any thickness.

By the way, the plane thickness is I think defined by the glyph size and you may be able to adjust that.
